In knowing that love is the foundation of relationships, you must understand what love is. When you say you love someone, be clear as to what you are really saying and committing to. I believe if people really understood what love is, they would not be so quick to declare their love for someone.
There is no better way to come to understanding than to know how the Holy Bible describes it. After you read the following passage, meditate on it, and figure out ways by which you may have or have not been expressing love.
